The Membership Committee promotes the Southern Nevada Chapter of ASSP, its members, and the safety industry. It is responsible for sustaining the current Chapter membership, engaging membership, and increasing the level of involvement that members have in the organization. Committee participants meet with prospective members, welcome new members, and celebrate member anniversaries and accomplishments. In addition, the committee organizes face-to-face technical site tours, networking mixers, and volunteer opportunities throughout the year.

Hop in on the Membership Committee’s monthly Google Meet call! In most months, this meeting lasts between 30 and 60 minutes.
These calls help increase our momentum in building member value outside of the monthly technical chapter meetings.
Mixers, volunteer opportunities, site tours… the Membership Committee Meeting is where great ideas come to life!
To save committee meeting dates, download the *.ics files from the pushpin icon next to each date, and you’ll notice the Location field contains the Google Meet link. Open the *.ics file in your computer’s Downloads folder, and it should add the event to your calendar of choice (Outlook, etc.).
If you haven’t attended before, please use the yellow Register Now button below the list of dates, to let the Committee know to expect you.
Sometimes meeting times have to shuffle at the last minute, and the Committee can notify pre-registered attendees of these changes.

Let’s get together over lunch for our annual Member Roundtable meeting!
The Coffee Pub is centrally located and has something for everyone on their menu.
We’ll have arrivals and networking from 12:00 to 12:30, followed by a lightly moderated discussion for members to share and learn from their professional experiences this past year.
Space is limited, so please register as soon as you know you can make it! We will save table space based on registrations completed by 5PM the day before.
