The Southern Nevada Chapter of the ASSP was chartered in 1968 and currently has over 150 members. The mission is to promote the safety, health, and environmental profession in the State of Nevada. From the early days to present time, we have grown and diversified our chapter membership to support Professional Safety in Government, Business and Industry, Building Trades, Education, Healthcare, and Hospitality.
The chapter offers educational meetings, seminars, conventions and networking opportunities. All safety health and environmental practitioners are encouraged to join ASSP and non-members are welcome at chapter events and meetings. We are proud to be included with the 38,000 dedicated Safety Professionals in the American Society of Safety Professionals.
