With a background as a U.S. Navy Industrial Hygiene Officer, serving overseas and on ships, and years leading EHS systems strategy in the private sector, TJ brings both practitioner credibility and technical depth. His IH background makes him inquisitive. He’s lived the frustration of disconnected systems, dual data entry, and “solutions” that create more work than they solve. That firsthand experience drives his approach: start with the people doing the work.

As Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Syncra Group, TJ leads organizations through the complete digital lifecycle: from diagnosing why current systems aren’t delivering value, to defining requirements that reflect how work actually happens, to designing implementation strategies that account for organizational readiness and change management realities.
