Legionella Decision-Making For Safety Professionals
Session Overview:
After attending this session, attendees will be able to:
- Review basics of Legionnaires’ disease and outbreak scenarios
- Describe common scenarios faced by safety professionals during a Legionella investigations
- Discuss possible actions which can be implemented to address safety concerns related to a Legionella contaminated water system
Presenter Background:
Robert Cole is the Environmental Health subject matter expert for the Southern Nevada Health District. As a Senior Environmental Health Specialist, Robert has coordinated over 250 Legionnaires’ disease investigations in both, hotel, hospital and residential settings.
