Presenter Background:
Hayim Mizrachi, SIOR, CCIM is a seasoned commercial real estate executive, keynote speaker, and podcast host who brings a unique blend of industry expertise, entrepreneurial insight, and leadership applications to every audience he engages.
As CEO, Principal, and Broker of MDL Group—a leading commercial real estate services firm in Las Vegas—Hayim oversees strategic direction, business operations, and service delivery across brokerage and property management divisions. A proud Las Vegas native and UNLV graduate, he has dedicated his career to building teams, growing companies, and elevating people both locally and nationally.
Hayim holds both the CCIM and SIOR designations and has led major industry organizations including NAIOP Southern Nevada, CORFAC International, and Commercial Alliance Las Vegas. In 2022, he was named NAIOP National Chapter President of the Year.
In addition to his executive work, Hayim is a sought-after speaker on topics like commercial real estate trends, time management, personal branding, leadership, and advanced networking. He is the creator of Takeaways—an award-winning blog and podcast exploring life lessons from impactful people and experiences.
Known for his ability to deliver practical Takeaways, Hayim is equally comfortable delivering a keynote, joining a fireside chat, or facilitating a workshop.
He lives in Las Vegas with his wife, three kids, and Australian Shephard, Scuttle. When he’s not working or speaking, you’ll likely find him on a long run or serving up something off the smoker or grill for friends and family!

Do you have the ASP or CSP in your sights? If you have wanted to study with other safety professionals, our Southern Nevada Chapter now hosts regular 2-hour sessions!
Attendance open to everyone! You don’t have to be a Southern Nevada ASSP member to join in. Dinner is brownbag format, with helpful study opportunities, followed by networking with friends and colleagues.
Each session will be different but we will cover as much ground as possible pointing you in great directions for preparation. NV SCATS training supervisor and chapter Member-At-Large Bobby Albright will bring his master trainer and facilitation skills to guide our group’s efforts.
If you are a member, there are scholarship opportunities if you attend the sessions, so come out and join in. Complement your attendance with an application for our Professional Development Fund!

ASSP SoNV Roundtable Lunch

Let’s get together over lunch for our annual Member Roundtable meeting!
The Coffee Pub is centrally located and has something for everyone on their menu.
We’ll have arrivals and networking from 12:00 to 12:30, followed by a lightly moderated discussion for members to share and learn from their professional experiences this past year.
Space is limited, so please register as soon as you know you can make it! We will save table space based on registrations completed by 5PM the day before.
